Ischemic Hepatitis....
We have requested documentation to determine a plethora of possible factors however... the patient in question had an elevation of Transaminase (dx 790.4) which was found from the abnormal LFTs (dx 794.8)
While we are waiting for dictation, perhaps there is someone who has come across IH and has some good feedback on it?
