  1. physician performed "debridment" of pyogenic grnauloma nailbed left great toe. only debridment code i can find is 117's in cpt, but this is for the nail itself i believe. how would i best code what procedure he performed?

  2. Yes I can'nt find any specific code for debridement of pyogenic grnauloma in nailbed, so in this case I would go with the code 11042 or 11043 depending upon the extent of debridement done (as per op report). Also, do remember to add TA modifier with this code.
