You can go with the code 43269 if removed through an ERCP. The code covers stent removal because this is also considered as a foreign body.

Yes, that's one Dx code. You can also add another Dx if the reason for (diagnostic condition) stent removal is also mentioned in the document [like stent infection, inflammation of internal tissue etc.]

Sorry, V53.59 looks better in this scenario. Stent via ERCP procedure is usually a gastrointestinal device. Better to go with this one, instead of the unspecified code.
