    PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW TO CODE FOR ESOPHAGEAL PH SENSOR PLACEMENT (BRAVO) WHEN DONE WITH 43239.....THANK YOU!

    You can got with the code 91035 for the BRAVO placement and 43239 for EGD with biopsy. As per the CCI edit 16.0 there is no bundling issues between these codes, so you can bill these two codes separately without modifier.
