  1. Our physician wants to bill '94660' when he starts a patient on CPAP treatment. Is this correct?

  2. You can bill 94660, but you can never report an E/M code along with it. 94660 is bundled with the E/M codes with a '0' modifier which means you cannot report the two together under any circumstance. Billing an E/M instead can get you more dollars if the documentation supports it.
