Physician did 2 Ear Lavages. Since 69210 says one or both do you only use the 69210 once or do you bill for 2 since both ears were done?

69210 once only for either one or both ears :)

Simple lavage does not qualify for the '69210'. See the CPT Assistant July 2005

I am having a problem with reimbursement from medicare for cerumen impaction 69210. Any suggestions.
