Procedure 19120 has a 90 global on it, however when the physician saw the patient for the follow up he states patient was difficult to exam due to density of breast, the mass feels to be a lobulation of this dense breast tissue. Will proceed with U S. Can I bill this office visit code 99212 with a modifier, if so which one? </p>
