				<description>&#60;p&#62;Since this is not a congenital webbed esophagus so in this we can use 530.89 (Other specified disorders of esophagus). Also do check if Plummer-Vinson Syndrome, Paterson-Kelly Syndrome or Sideropenic Dysphagia is applicable in this case.

				<description>&#60;p&#62;I had a discussion with the physician who treated a patient with a webbed esophagus - its not Shatzki's Ring by any definition - however, when I brought the diag code 750.3 to the physician's attention, he clarified that this webbing was not congenital...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Can 750.3 still be used to indicate webbed esophagus even though its found under a congenital definition for 750.3????
