				<description>&#60;p&#62;No you cannot report a 4th degree laceration repair done by doctor after the delivery. This is considered as inclusive with delivery codes. Rather you can add a 22 modifier with the primary CPT code. Do remember to have all supporting documents for this procedure before you file this with a 22 modifier.
